Short description

The subject was the development of production documentation of pressure and non-pressure parts and strength calculation of the pressure parts of the main district water heater for the cement plant.

Services provided by company

1. Pressure parts of the exchanger:

• entrance chamber,
• all internal pressure parts of the exchanger (4 convection bundles in total)
• outlet chamber of the exchanger
  
  2. Non-pressure parts
• inlet flange on the air inlet channel to the heater,
• air channel, including bandages, guides and storage,
• outlet flange on the outlet channel from the air heater
  The entire exchanger was divided into 6 main assembly units, which were manufactured in the factory and transported to the site. Manufacturing (construction) drawings were made based on construction data and contained all the required data for production
• parts lists (positions, number of pieces, materials, weights, dimensional standards)
• marking of workshop and assembly welds,
• welding chart (type of weld, length of weld)
• necessary notes (e.g. welds that seal the medium must be airtight, etc.)
• list of related drawings
  Drawings of pressure parts contained also the technical information: calculated pressure, calculated temperature, test pressure in production/workshop, test pressure on assembly, production standard, standard for tests and evaluation of welds, EU directive, conformity module, production tolerance standard, classification (category).
