DECAGONE project – development and implementation of innovative ORC technology

The result of the project activity performed by consortium of various international institutions is the development of an innovative ORC technology with expected power output of approx. 2 MWe


Services provided by the company:

  • Development of a detailed program for the implementation of ORC

Provision of Engineering Support TG8 Retrofit,

The project activities are covered by provision of technical assistance during on site implementation TG8 turbine reconstruction including surrounding equipment on the Client facilities in Mondi Štětí (Czech Republic)


Range of services:

  • Technical assistance in dismantling old/existing parts – steam turbine, connecting piping (steam, condensate, lubricating oil, drainage, vent valves.....etc.), measurements, instrumentation.
  • Preparation of TG8 input data and its auxiliary devices for DCS programming. Logic diagrams.
  • Technical assistance in the assembly and installation of a new steam turbine, connecting pipes, measurements, instrumentation.
  • Technical assistance during commissioning.

Technical support for the re-commissioning of the Yunus Emre power plant 2 x 145 MWe CFB

The main goal is the re-commissioning of Unit no. 1 into operation for the purpose of púower generation in the shortest possible timeframe while all HSE regulations are followed and safe continuous operation will be achieved at the parameters that allow recent conditions of the equipment and systems.


The activities of the expert team are based on supervision and consulting in the areas of process support, management and functionality of existing technologies and the proposal for modification of non-compliant systems and subsystems.
